Josh and Sue’s Aioli is Versatile and easy to use as a dressing, dips or a sauce. It has a mild bit of heat it can be served with potato wedges, spooned over Cous Cous, risotto or Paella or served as a dip with your favourite party food, we have wrapped baby potatoes in bacon and used our aioli as a dip.
